TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices are per night and chalet for a stay of 3 nights or more. The price is valid for 2 people in the Garden Chalet and for 4 people in the Panorama Chalet.
For each additional person we charge 40,00 €/night (children up to 6 years free of charge, up to 15 years 25,00 € per day).
The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, bathrobes, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, final cleaning as well as all fees and taxes; with the exception of the local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance in force at the time of your stay (currently € 2.50 per person per day from the age of 14) and will be shown separately on the invoice on departure.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on the farm and in the chalets.
BREAKFAST BASKET
Breakfast basket with organic products from the farm, regional delicacies and fresh bread from the bakery can be booked separately on site (€ 15.00/person, free for children up to 15 years).
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the written booking confirmation.

We are happy to accept your Bancomat or credit card (Euro/Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, CartaSi) as well as cash.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival: The chalet is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, we look forward to hearing from you.
Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 am. Other times on request.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The reservation can be canceled up to 21 days before arrival without paying a cancellation fee.

If canceled within 20 to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked travel price is due.

Cancellations within 6 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departures will be charged the full price for the entire booking period.
